There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto Him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with Him. Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God.

Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. That should be enough reason the be saved however, sometimes people need more than that. If we look at Romans 3:23, it states very clearly that we are all sinners and have come short of the Glory of God. I don't know about you, but I don't want to be separated from the Creator of my soul. In order to be guaranteed a place in glory with our Heavenly Father, our Lord and Savior, and the comforter that Jesus sent back for us, we must be saved--we need to have had accepted Him (Jesus) as our personal Lord and Savior. Does it cost anything? No. Who can be saved? All that would accept Him. Is there any hindrance? Only your own doubt. So what must I do? Confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus; believe in you heart that the Father raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).
